If you recently completed your CNA program and clinical rotations at Well-Spring we would love to welcome you back as a member of our team. This is a great opportunity to begin your healthcare career in a community you already know alongside residents and team members youve worked with during your training.
We offer consistent 8-hour shifts with Full-Time Part-Time and limited PRN opportunities available:
- 1st Shift: 6:30 a.m. 3:00 p.m.
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 p.m. 11:30 p.m.
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 p.m. 7:30 a.m.
Specific schedules and openings will be discussed during the interview process.

As a CNA you will:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Take and document vital signs
- Assist with mobility transfers and repositioning
- Observe and report changes in resident condition
- Support resident comfort dignity and independence
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Follow infection control and safety procedures
- Work collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare team members
- Active CNA certification and listing on the NC Health Care Personnel Registry
- Compassionate dependable and resident-focused
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
