Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily living activities including bathing dressing grooming and feeding.
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition.
- Ensure safety and comfort by maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Support residents with physical activities such as ROM exercises and mobility assistance.
- Accurately document care provided and observations.
- Participate in training quality improvement and team collaboration.

- Strong attention to detail especially in documentation and reporting.
- Willingness to actively engage in physical and therapeutic activities including mobility and pool programs.

- Commitment to ongoing education and training (12 hours of continuing education annually).
- Physical capability to meet the demands of the role including lifting and assisting residents.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Certification: Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
