Job Opportunity CNA / T-CNA Contract Assignment

We are currently seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Temporary Certified Nursing Assistant (T-CNA) for a 9-week contract assignment at Skies HC and Rehab Center.

Assignment Details

• Position: CNA / T-CNA
• Facility: Skies HC and Rehab Center
• Contract Length: 9 Weeks
• Shift: Day Shift (AP)
• Hours: 6:00 AM 6:30 PM
• Meal Break: 30 minutes
• Schedule: Sunday Monday Tuesday
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Hourly Pay: $972.00/weekly

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing dressing grooming toileting feeding and mobility.
• Obtain and document vital signs and accurately report changes in residents conditions.
• Assist with transfers and repositioning while following proper safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean safe and comfortable environment for residents.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Follow all facility policies infection control protocols and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Active CNA or T-CNA certification in good standing.
• Current CPR/BLS certification (if required by the facility).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
