We are recognized for providing high-quality care to tracheostomy and ventilator-dependent residents in both short-term and long-term rehabilitation settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe compassionate and ethical care to residents
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing dressing grooming toileting and mobility
• Observe document and report changes in resident condition
• Support nurses and respiratory therapists with resident care needs
• Maintain a clean safe and respectful care environment
• Communicate effectively with residents families and care team members
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (required)
• Previous healthcare or skilled nursing experience preferred
• Strong communication observation and teamwork skills
• Compassionate reliable and punctual demeanor
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts including weekends and holidays as needed
• Ability to commute or relocate to Philadelphia PA 19145 prior to start date
• English proficiency preferred
