What Youll Do

• Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing dressing grooming toileting and eating
• Support patient mobility transfers and positioning
• Monitor and record vital signs
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
• Assist with meals hydration and patient comfort needs
• Maintain a clean safe and welcoming environment
• Provide compassionate emotional support to patients and families
• Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare team members to deliver high-quality care
• Follow all safety infection prevention and confidentiality requirements

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification preferred but not required
• 16
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Desire to provide compassionate patient-centered care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Dependable work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to safely assist with lifting transferring and repositioning patients
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care
