Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct resident care in a long-term care facility. The CNA will support residents with daily living activities while ensuring safety comfort and quality care in accordance with facility policies.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing grooming toileting and transferring
• Respond to call lights promptly
• Monitor and record vital signs weights and resident condition changes
• Report any changes in condition to nursing staff
• Maintain resident safety comfort and dignity
• Report any concerns of abuse neglect or misappropriation immediately
• Support overall resident care needs as assigned
• Follow all facility policies and infection control standards

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• 1 year experience preferred in long-term care or similar setting
• Current BLS certification required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to provide compassionate patient care
