Schedule:

• Day Shift
• 7:00 AM 7:30 PM
• 3x12-Hour Shifts
• 36 Guaranteed Hours Weekly
• 30-Minute Meal Break

Compensation:

• Up to $27/hour

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)for a contract assignment in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting in Elkins WV.

The ideal candidate will provide hands-on resident care assist with daily living activities and support nursing staff in delivering safe patient-centered care in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing dressing grooming toileting and feeding
• Support patient mobility transfers repositioning and ambulation
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• Obtain and document vital signs accurately
• Maintain resident comfort hygiene and safety
• Respond promptly to patient call lights and requests
• Assist with infection prevention and safety protocols
• Maintain accurate care documentation and charting
• Ensure a clean and organized resident care environment
• Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary healthcare staff

• Active CNA certification required
• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a clinical setting
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
• Ability to assist with lifting repositioning and resident mobility tasks
