About the Role
We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for a 13-week contract opportunity in Alturas California. This role supports residents in a skilled nursing facility by assisting with daily care monitoring resident needs communicating changes and working closely with nursing staff families and facility departments.
Responsibilities
Assist residents with direct patient care and activities of daily living
Answer call lights promptly and support resident comfort and safety
Receive and give report on resident condition and care needs
Observe residents and notify nurses of any changes in condition or current needs
Document care and support teamwork across nursing residents families and other departments
Requirements
Active California CNA License Required
BLS/BCLS Certification Required
SNF LTC or resident care experience preferred
Must be available for days nights weekends and holiday coverage as required
Strong communication teamwork and resident care skills required
