What Youll Do

Youll provide hands-on patient care and clinical support under the direction of medical providers and the nursing this role youll help ensure patients receive compassionate care accurate assessments and appropriate follow-up throughout their healthcare experience.

• Welcome patients manage check-in answer multi-line phones and direct calls and messages appropriately.
• Assist patients with activities of daily care while promoting comfort safety and dignity.
• Obtain vital signs perform assigned procedures and support providers with patient care needs.
• Communicate with patients regarding questions concerns and care instructions.
• Support the nursing team by completing clinical tasks and maintaining efficient patient flow.
• Follow healthcare policies procedures and public health guidelines while contributing to a positive team environment.
• Performs a variety of tasks and other duties as assigned

Who Were Looking For

Were looking for a skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant who is dedicated to providing excellent patient care while supporting providers and the nursing team. The ideal candidate is organized detail-oriented and able to communicate effectively while managing multiple priorities in a clinical setting.

• Current DORA Colorado Certified Nurse Aide license required; completion of Medical Terminology coursework and two years of patient care experience preferred.
• Current American Heart Association approved BLS certification required upon hire and maintained throughout employment.
• Strong clinical skills including assisting with patient care obtaining vital signs and accurately documenting information.
• Excellent communication problem-solving and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
• Comfortable learning and utilizing electronic health record systems and other healthcare technology.

Compensation may vary outside this range depending on a number of factors including a candidates qualifications skills competencies and experience.
