• Delivers excellent care for long-term care residents and offers a truly warm and caring family atmosphere with modern amenities.
• Assist residents in personal hygiene such as bathing dental hair and nail care
• Observe and report skin breakdown
• Assist residents with daily activities
• Collect specimens for lab analysis
• Situate bedfast residents in correct and comfortable positions
• Aid residents in preparation for activities and programs
• Record data as directed

• Graduate of a Medicaid approved nursing assistant program and hold a certificate of completion.

• Kentucky State Registered Nurse Aide

• Ability to pass facility requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
