Job Summary

Certified Nissan Service Technician

Shottenkirk Nissan Katy is seeking a skilled Certified Nissan Service Technician to join our team in Katy TX. As a key member of our service department you will be responsible for diagnosing repairing and maintaining Nissan vehicles with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs on Nissan vehicles according to manufacturer standards.
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical systems using appropriate tools and technology.
  • Ensure all work complies with safety standards and dealership policies.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and service advisors regarding vehicle conditions and necessary repairs.
  • Maintain accurate records of all services performed.
  • Stay current with Nissan service bulletins and technical updates.
Requirements
  • Must be a certified Nissan Service Technician or possess equivalent ASE certifications.
  • Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills with knowledge of Nissan vehicles.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training preferred.
