Certified Medication Aide

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-orientedCertified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our senior living this role youll provide prescribed medications support resident care and ensure a safe comfortable environment.

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with nursing standards.
• Document medications monitor resident condition and report changes to healthcare staff.
• Assist with vital signs lab collections and follow-up communications with families and providers.
• Support residents with daily living activities including bathing dressing meals and mobility.
• Maintain a clean safe and welcoming environment for residents.
• Partner with the Healthcare Coordinator (HCC) in staff training documentation and incident reporting.
• Respond promptly to resident and visitor needs with professionalism and compassion.

• Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification in good standing required.
• At least 6 months of caregiving experience preferably with seniors.
• Strong communication teamwork and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to meet physical requirements including lifting up to 50 lbs. and supporting resident mobility.
