Position Type: Temp-to-Hire

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Pay: $16-$18hr depending on experience

Job Description:

We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our dynamic medical office team. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems and eClinicalWorks. This role offers the opportunity to transition to a permanent position based on performance and fit within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist healthcare providers with patient care procedures

Maintain accurate medical records using EMR systems such as eClinicalWorks

Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and handling patient inquiries

Ensure patient confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations

Requirements:

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification

Proficiency in EMR systems specifically eClinicalWorks

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced medical office environment

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Successful completion of a background check and drug screening

Experience:

EMR systems: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

Certified Medical Assistant (Required)
