What Youll Do:
Every day is a chance to make an impact. You will:
- Providehigh-quality care and education for children ages 6 weeks through 3 years
- Follow all Pennsylvania state licensing regulations and Early Head Start Performance Standards
- Complete required home visits with enrolled families
- Attend all required trainings and professional development opportunities
- Build positive relationships with children families and fellow staff members while maintaining required documentation.
Who You Are
- Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field ()
- An Associates or Bachelors degree in ECE or a relative field ()
- EEC Teacher or Lead Teacher Certification
- Experience in a childcare setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A positive attitude and passion for working with children
- Ability to pass background and health requirements
