Certified 4th & 5th Grade Special Education Teacher Illinois School Year
Clarifi Staffing Solutions is seeking a passionate and dedicated Certified Special Education Teacher to support 4th and 5th grade students during the school year. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing individualized instruction and fostering academic social and emotional growth in an inclusive learning environment.
The ideal candidate is collaborative student-centered and committed to helping every learner achieve success. You will partner with general education staff families and support teams to develop and implement effective instructional strategies that meet each students unique needs.
Position Responsibilities:
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with teachers families and multidisciplinary teams.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning.
- Create a positive structured and engaging classroom environment.
- Deliver specialized instruction aligned with students Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Requirements
- Previous school-based experience is preferred.
- Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL).
- Strong communication organization and collaboration skills.
- LBS1 (Learning Behavior Specialist I) Endorsement required.
- A bachelors degree in Special Education or a related field is required while a masters degree is preferred.
