Concierge Care is continuing to grow and is looking for qualified Florida Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our W-2 home care team.

We currently have multiple clients ready to be staffed throughout Jacksonville and the surrounding communities. Whether youre looking for a few recurring shifts or hoping to build a full weekly schedule we have a variety of home care opportunities available.

• • W-2 employment
  • $18$22 per hour (higher-paying opportunities available on select assignments)

-Active Florida CNA license or a Certified HHA certificate issued by a Florida-licensed training school (prior experience with another agency does not qualify)

-Valid drivers license and proof of auto insurance

-CPR certification

-Social Security card

-A recent health statement (within 6 months) indicating youre free of communicable diseases

-Completed CEUs:
2 hours Alzheimers 1 hour HIV/AIDS & 2 hours Assistance w/ Self Administered Medication

-Required dementia training through Elder Affairs
