Sit-Down Forklift Operator Manufacturing

Location:Memphis TN

Shift: 1st & 2nd Shift Available

Pay:$22 - $24 depending on experience and skill set

We are seeking reliable and experienced Certified Sit-Down Forklift Operators to join our team. This is a long-term opportunity.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently throughout the manufacturing facility.
• Load unload move and stage raw materials finished products and production supplies.
• Transport materials to and from production areas.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and report any equipment issues.
• Maintain a clean organized and safe work area.
• Assist with general warehouse and manufacturing duties as needed.

Qualifications

• 3 years sit-down forklift experience
• Forklift certification required
• Manufacturing or warehouse experience is a must
• Ability to safely operate a forklift in a busy production environment
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to lift carry push and pull materials as required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
