Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive financial planning retirement and investment advice.
  • Build manage and strengthen long-term client relationships.
  • Lead client meetings present recommendations and convert opportunities into new business.
  • Collaborate with senior advisors through mentorship and professional development.
  • Support business growth initiatives succession planning and an exceptional client experience.
  • Apply tax-aware planning estate coordination and regulatory compliance best practices.
Qualifications
  • Approximately 110 years of financial planning or advisory experience.
  • Active Series 7 and Series 66 licenses required.
  • CFP exam passed or progress toward certification preferred.
  • Strong client-facing communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to develop business and close new opportunities.
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset professionalism and high ethical standards.
  • Existing client relationships or portable business is a plus but not required.
  • Willingness to travel periodically and relocate if needed.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary: $75000$95000.
