Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive financial planning retirement and investment advice.
- Build manage and strengthen long-term client relationships.
- Lead client meetings present recommendations and convert opportunities into new business.
- Collaborate with senior advisors through mentorship and professional development.
- Support business growth initiatives succession planning and an exceptional client experience.
- Apply tax-aware planning estate coordination and regulatory compliance best practices.
Qualifications
- Approximately 110 years of financial planning or advisory experience.
- Active Series 7 and Series 66 licenses required.
- CFP exam passed or progress toward certification preferred.
- Strong client-facing communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to develop business and close new opportunities.
- Self-starter with a growth mindset professionalism and high ethical standards.
- Existing client relationships or portable business is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to travel periodically and relocate if needed.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $75000$95000.
