- Provides systems analysis and support through customer service needs system design data queries and reports.
- Provides effective user training troubleshoots system issues and performs systems maintenance as needed.
- Utilizes support systems leads the development of these systems through feedback and analysis builds vendor relationships minimizes system outages and sets the example for providing fiscal responsibility.
- Applies project management principles leads complex projects involving cross-functional departments including scope development reporting and execution plan.
- Develops implements and maintains systems following policies and procedures actively protects confidential information conducts audits of systems and information and maintains systems keeping resources secure.
- Provides leadership to meet goals and objectives establishes a team atmosphere maintains expert level knowledge in technical and professional areas including mentoring and training staff.
Education Requirement:
Bachelor Degree in related Computer Science areas or equivalent experience preferred.

Certifications:
- Cadence certification required.
- Referral and Prelude certifications preferred.

Experience:
2 years experience providing systems analysis support required. Experience in health care environments preferred.
