What Youll Be Doing

Assist clients with bathing dressing grooming toileting and hygiene
Support safe transfers using gait belts or Hoyer lifts when needed
Provide companionship and emotional support
Assist with meal preparation light housekeeping and errands
Support mobility assistance and other daily living activities
Follow individualized care plans and document services appropriately

Who Were Looking For

Active Arizona Certified Caregiver certification required

Arizona Direct Care Worker (DCW) certification preferred

Current CNA LPN LVN or approved caregiver certification may also be considered

Current CPR and First Aid certification preferred

Negative TB test within the last 12 months preferred

Reliable transportation and valid auto insurance required

Experience with personal care transfers and mobility assistance preferred

Hoyer lift experience preferred for some cases

Bilingual Spanish-speaking caregivers strongly encouraged to apply

Compassionate dependable and comfortable working independently in client homes
