Job Summary
Xcelerate Physical Therapy is looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Certified Athletic Trainer. You will work directly with athletes in their medical journey while providing quality on-field and off-field care.
- Perform comprehensive injury assessments and evaluations using appropriate clinical examination techniques
- Develop and implement individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans for injured athletes
- Provide immediate emergency medical care and injury management in accordance with established protocols
- Collaborate with team physicians coaching staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal athlete health and safety
- Maintain detailed and accurate medical records and documentation for all athlete evaluations and treatments
- Design and implement injury prevention programs and conditioning protocols to enhance athlete performance and reduce injury risk
- Educate athletes on proper injury prevention techniques recovery strategies and return-to-play guidelines
- Manage athletic training equipment supplies and facilities to ensure they meet safety and operational standards
- Monitor athlete health status and provide ongoing support during practices competitions and team events
- Ensure compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations HIPAA requirements and organizational policies
- Communicate effectively with athletes coaching staff and medical personnel regarding injury status and treatment progress
Qualifications :
- NATA-BOC Certified Athletic Trainer
- Licensed as an Athletic Trainer in the state of Pennsylvania or license eligible
- Ability to work closely with all clinic staff to improve work relationships build morale increase productivity and be part of a world-class clinical team
