Central Sterile Technician (CRCST) Night Shift

Location: New York NY 10016

Start Date: July 6 2026

Shift: 11:00 PM 7:30 AM

Schedule: 40 Hours/Week (5x8s)

Pay Rate: $30 - $36/hour

We are seeking an experienced Central Sterile Technician (CRCST) to support sterile processing operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with instrument processing sterilization procedures and infection control standards.

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• CRCST Certification (HSPA) required.

• Primary Source Verification through HSPA or CBSPD required.

• Minimum 1 year of Central Sterile experience required.

• 2 years of experience preferred.

• Knowledge of sterile processing instrument identification surgical procedures and sterilization standards.

• Decontaminate inspect assemble sterilize and distribute surgical instruments and medical equipment.

• Maintain accurate sterilization records and documentation.

• Ensure compliance with infection prevention and safety protocols.

• Identify and troubleshoot instrument and equipment issues.

• Support operating room and procedural departments with timely instrument processing.
