Pay & Benefits

  • $18.00 per hour
  • Paid training at $18.00 per hour
  • Monthly and quarterly incentive bonus programs

    Available Full-Time Shifts (40 Hours per Week)

  • 2nd Shift 3:30 pm to Midnight

  • 1 Shift: Wednesday Thursday Friday Saturday Sunday (3:30 pm to Midnight)
  • 1 Shift: Thursday Friday Saturday Sunday Monday (5:00 pm to Midnight 32.5 hrs.)
  • Split Shift (2 positions)

    1 Shift: Friday Saturday Sunday: 8:30 AM 5:00 PMMonday Tuesday: 3:30 PM Midnight
    1 Shift:Saturday Sunday Monday: 8:30 AM 5:00 PMTuesday Wednesday: 3:30 PM Midnight


Qualifications

Purpose of the Position

Respond to alarm activations by calling the premises to verify alarm activity. Operators handle continuous incoming and outgoing calls from customers alarm technicians and business owners. The role includes answering questions reviewing alarm history and dispatching alarms to police and fire departments nationwide while striving for one-call resolution.

  • Answer incoming calls and place outgoing calls
  • Verify alarm activations with customers
  • Dispatch alarms to emergency services
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in high-pressure situations
  • Access and document alarm activity using computer systems
  • Adhere to assigned schedules and quality standards

Training & Job Requirements

  • Paid training MondayFriday 12:00 PM 8:30 PM
  • Training duration approximately 68 weeks
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods and multitask
  • High school diploma required
  • Security background check and integrity testing required

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time while working at a computer workstation
  • Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively for prolonged periods of time
  • Ability to view computer screens and read information accurately including small text
  • Ability to use a keyboard mouse and telephone simultaneously
  • Ability to input data accurately while speaking with callers
  • Ability to remain alert focused and attentive in a fast-paced 24/7 monitoring environment
  • Ability to respond quickly and calmly to high-priority emergencies
  • Ability to multitask and switch between systems and calls efficiently
  • Ability to maintain concentration during repetitive tasks
  • Ability to work scheduled shifts weekends and holidays as required
