• Establishandmaintaincomprehensivetrainingprogramincludingmandatorycompanyannualtraining pharmacy SOPs and any required compliance trainings.

• Collaboratewiththe GeneralManagertomanagethedailyoperationsoftheCentralFillPharmacy including continuously developing workflow process improvements that drive efficiency customer service and KPIs.

• Developprojectsreportsstrategiesthatsupportthegoalsofthesiteandorganizationandproactively identify production issues.

• Givesworkdirectionresolvesissuesandsetsdeadlinestoensuretimelycompletionofworktomeet team objectives within specified target dates.
