Position: Center Manager/Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Location: Lake Zurich IL

Schedule: Full Time

Compensation:$92000 - $120000 annually based on years of experience

Incentives: $8000 Bonus and Student Loan Repayment Assistance

RUSH Physical Therapy is seeking a passionate and driven Center Manager/Physical Therapistto lead our team in our Lake Zurich clinic. This is a unique opportunity to combine clinical excellence with leadership working alongside a collaborative team consisting of 1 Seasoned or highly experianced PT and 1 PTA

• Assume responsibility of our center and uphold executive decisions
• Utilize our local community network to partner with physicians employers payors and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Help grow and manage our centers physician relationships and patient portfolios
• Expand and develop a team of talented PTs and physical therapist assistants (PTAs)
• Partner with philanthropic programs and events to give back to the community
• Participate in industry-leading continuing education opportunities

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy
• Valid State Physical Therapist License is required to start
• CPR Certification
