THE OPPORTUNITY
You wont be managing a schedule. Youll be running a business.
As a Center Manager at European Wax Center you own the full picture - team performance guest experience sales results and culture. Youre not executing someone elses playbook; youre building a center people are proud to work in and guests love coming back to.

WHAT WE OFFER
Compensation & Bonuses
- $23$25/hr base depending on experience
- Monthly performance bonuses: $500 $1000 or $1500
- Goals are realistic - our managers hit them
- Total potential: $53000$70000 annually

WHAT YOULL OWN
Sales & Business Results
- Own revenue package and product goals - and know your numbers

- Drive traffic through local marketing and brand campaigns
Guest Experience
- Set the standard for every guest interaction - from first hello to farewell
- Resolve escalated concerns with professionalism and care
- Champion an environment guests want to return to - and tell their friends about
Team Development
- Recruit onboard and retain top-performing team members
- Coach consistently - performance reviews 1-on-1s real feedback
- Build internal succession so your team has somewhere to grow
- Create a culture people choose to stay in
Center Operations
- Manage scheduling inventory payroll and cash handling
- Track KPIs - productivity retention labor - and act on what you find
- Uphold cleanliness sanitation and brand standards without exception
WHO YOU ARE

- You own a number. Youve been accountable for real sales metrics - revenue conversion retention - and you can tell us exactly what they were and whether you hit them.
- You develop people not just manage them. You can name someone on a previous team you coached into a higher role. You give direct feedback and follow through.
- You recruit proactively. You dont wait for a job board to fill your pipeline. You know what good looks like and you go find it.
- You recover gracefully. When a guest has a problem you dont pass it off - you own the fix and you use it to make things better for the next person.
- Youve managed a real team. 2 years leading direct reports in retail spa beauty hospitality or a similar guest-facing environment. More experience more earning potential.
- Youre available when guests are. Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends (one weekend shift not both). Reliable transportation .
