Salary: $65000$70000 per year
Schedule: Full-Time MondayFriday
- Recruit hire onboard and mentor a high-performing team of early childhood educators
- Conduct classroom observations and provide ongoing coaching and professional development
- Foster a positive collaborative workplace culture built on accountability teamwork and excellence
- Support teacher retention through recognition engagement and continuous development
- Oversee the daily operations of the center ensuring a safe organized and welcoming environment
- Maintain full compliance with Michigan childcare licensing regulations and company standards
- Manage staffing scheduling payroll support and operational procedures
- Monitor classroom quality and ensure consistent implementation of The Learning Experiences proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum
- Build strong relationships with current and prospective families through exceptional customer service
- Conduct center tours and support enrollment growth and family retention
- Partner with local businesses and community organizations to increase awareness and enrollment
- Collaborate with ownership to achieve operational and financial goals
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a licensed childcare center preschool or early childhood education setting preferred
- Previous Center Director Assistant Director or School Director experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of Michigan childcare licensing regulations
- Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education Child Development Business or a related field preferred
- Excellent leadership communication organizational and problem-solving skills
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain
