What Youll Be Doing

• Lead the planning execution and successful delivery of capital and plant improvement projects while maintaining safety quality schedule and budget expectations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams contractors consultants and stakeholders to ensure effective project execution and communication.
• Manage project scopes schedules budgets risks and resources to achieve operational and business objectives.
• Oversee contractor performance and ensure compliance with company policies safety programs and regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve plant efficiency reliability and sustainability through strategic project initiatives.

What Are We Looking For

• Demonstrated capability to manage complex industrial manufacturing construction or capital projects from concept through completion.
• Strong leadership project management and organizational skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple functions.
• Ability to analyze project risks solve problems effectively and make sound business decisions in a dynamic environment.
• Working knowledge of engineering construction management budgeting scheduling and contractor oversight practices.
• Commitment to safety operational excellence continuous improvement and delivering results.

Work Environment

• Primarily based at a cement manufacturing facility with regular exposure to industrial plant environments.
• Frequent interaction with operations maintenance engineering contractors and business stakeholders.
• Requires travel to project sites and vendor locations as needed.
• Must be able to access all areas of the plant and work in varying indoor and outdoor conditions while following safety requirements.
