Cement Production Supervisor

What Youll Be Doing

• Lead daily cement production activities to ensure safe efficient and high-quality cement manufacturing.
• Monitor and optimize plant performance using data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to minimize downtime and improve reliability.
• Support and coach production staff to foster a culture of safety accountability and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with environmental health and safety regulations and company standards.

Work Environment
This role is based in a cement manufacturing facility and involves working in both indoor and outdoor industrial settings. The position requires walking climbing and standing for extended periods and may include exposure to dust noise and varying weather conditions. This position works a 12 hour rotating DuPont schedule that includes days nights weekends and holidays as needed.
