As a Cell Phone Repair Technician you will help customers with mobile devices wireless plans accessories

troubleshooting basic phone setup while driving sales and delivering an upscale customer experience

in a fast-paced environment.

What Youll Do as a Cell Phone Tech:

• Assist customers with phone activations upgrades and account support
• Troubleshoot basic mobile device issues and technical concerns
• Recommend phones accessories and wireless products based on customer needs
