What You Will Do:
- Operate and monitor multiple machines and workstations within an assigned production cell
- Perform machine setups adjustments and minor maintenance to keep production flowing
- Conduct first-piece and in-process inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- Load and unload materials and components safely and efficiently
- Complete production and quality documentation accurately
- Identify and report equipment or quality issues while assisting with troubleshooting
- Cross-train on multiple operations within the production cell
- Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment using 5S principles
- Work closely with teammates to achieve daily production and quality goals
What You Bring:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- At least 18 years of age
- Six months of manufacturing experience is preferred but motivated individuals are encouraged to apply
- Ability to read work instructions blueprints and use basic measuring tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
- Dependable attendance and a positive team-oriented attitude
- Willingness to learn new equipment and grow your manufacturing skills
