The anticipated application window will close on August 22 Tasks Responsibilities & Key AccountabilitiesBuild the JCB business strategy for product sales to the North American construction sectorTake a leadership role in the development of the JCB North American sales growth of our Heavyline products (including Large Wheel Loaders Large Excavators and the Hydradig/Pothole Pro)Management of factory build allocations for the dealer channel to maximize retail achievement of quarterly and annual sales targetsIdentify build and develop strategic and profitable relationships within our dealer networksForecast track and report territory sales activities to management for Heavyline productsContinually identify areas of opportunity and develop strategies to improve revenue and overall profitability Understand the key performance indicators that will leverage our dealers businessReview the territory target market opportunities and provide feeds into our dealer pipelineMaintain an up-to-date understanding of JCB products to facilitate sales efforts that affect target marketsProactively assist the organization in achieving its 5-Year growth goalsOther duties as assignedMinimum QualificationsDemonstrated success in developing and inspiring teams with product sales vision and missionAbility to provide detailed product walk around to various audience levelsProven success in analyzing and forecasting trends as well as achieving sales targetsAbility to effectively manage and maintain peer and business relationships with a high degree of integrityand trustProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or SAP Willingness to travel up to 90%Knowledge Skills Abilities & CompetenciesStrong problem-solving and analytical to work in a high-stress -oriented and able to work approach to resolving issues impacting various groups across the to understand processes (system and non-system) troubleshoot develop and recommend working in a dynamic environment and be a self-motivated team knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word Excel PowerPoint Teams and Microsoft ConditionsBoth office environment and occasionally manufacturing/factory to noise and temperature RequirementsThe physical demands described here are representative of those required of an employee to perform the essential functions of this job successfully.
