The following position is to join our RTX Classified Digital Services (CDS) team:

Role Overview:

TheCDS Release Management Specialist will plan coordinate and execute the deployment of technologychanges into production across the CDS enterprise environment. This role will ensuredeployments are performed in a controlled repeatable manner with minimal impact to businessoperations by collaborating with CDS Process and Service Owners. The Deployment Manager willact as the single point of coordination during production cutovers ensuring operational readinessrisk mitigation and clear communication throughout the deployment lifecycle.

This role is Hybrid at either our Tewksbury MA Richardson TX or Tucson AZ facility. Active and transferable U.S. government issued TOP SECRET security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

What You Will Do:

Lead all CDSservice deployment. activities maintaining close alignment withCDSproject portfolio activities and the Program Management Office (PMO).

  • Oversee deployment plans and tool.

  • Coordinates cutovers and back-out plans.

  • Ensure successful implementation in the production environment and verifiespost deployment stability.

Partner with CDS Process and Service Owners and the Service Desk to confirmdocumentation support models monitoring and escalation paths are in place andcommunicate deployment status risks and outcomes to technical and businessstakeholders.

  • Ensure operational readiness and coordination throughout the ServiceTransition Lifecycle.

Qualifications You Must Have :

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum 8 years of experience or an Advanced Degree and a minimum 5 years experience.

  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued TOP SECRET security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Experience with service transition and knowledge management

  • Experience with continual service improvement and process improvement methodologies

  • Experience with change config and release management

  • ITIL certification

  • CORE certification

The salary range for this role is 107500 USD - 204500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
