SALARY RANGE: $85000.00 - $110000.00- 100% Commission-Based

PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT

Operatessemi-tractors and tankersfollowing specified time schedulesto/from thecompanylocationsor customer locations to achieve profitable business growth.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Operatessemi-tractors and tankersin accordance with established safety standards and proper vehicle operation techniques.

Performs and records daily safety checks of assigned vehicle(s) and associated equipment by conducting pre-trip inspectionssuch as checking fuel and oil levels inspecting tires lightsandbrakes. Follows the preventative maintenance program andmaintains a clean truck to present a professional appearance.

Follows all DOT regulations as required.

Ensures that all deliveries and pickups are made in accordance with time schedules and performs duties in a manner that promotes superior customer service and professionalism within the company and the industry.

Ensures that all associated documentation such as bill of ladings delivery slipsandinvoices are completed accurately and returned to the branch location at the end of the dayin orderto ensure timely receiving and payment of invoices.

Completes necessary paperwork including accurate logbooks records of cargo and any other assigned record-keeping duties on a daily basis.

REQUIREMENTS

Normally requires ahigh schooldiplomaor the equivalent thereofand2years or moreof relatedwork experienceto demonstrate knowledge ofandthe ability tosafely operate tractor trailer andto meet companyand DOTstandards.

Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge collaboration communication customer focus decision making and skill development.

Must have or have the ability to obtainand maintaina CDL licensewith required endorsements and any other applicable certification licenseor permitvalid medical cardand satisfactory driving record as applicable.

Ability to workextended hours and on-call as business conditions warrant.

Must be able to obtain and maintainotherapplicable certificationslicenses andpermits.

Occasionally exposed or required to:

• Extreme weather conditions (hot cold wet etc.)

• Noisy conditions

• Working conditions may include dust fumes chemicals and electrical hazards with appropriate safety measures

• May be required to work at varying heights

• Lift51 - 70lbs.

Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on Manitos policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position.

Actual compensation will be determined based on experience location and other factors permitted by addition to base pay certain roles may be eligible for bonuses incentives and commissions.
