• Compensation:

  • $35 per hour Shift Differential Quarterly Bonus up to $5200/yr

  • Hourly rate consists of $30 per hr. base pay $5 per hr. Weekend Warrior premium

  • Opportunities to increase base pay with tenure and level-up development programs

• Available Shift(s):

  • Thursday - Sunday (4x10s) 3:00 pm start time

Primary Job Accountabilities:

WhatYoullDo:

• As a CDL-certified Delivery Service Driver you willoperatean automatic straight truck ( lb. GVW) on local delivery routes delivering cooking oil to commercial kitchens while ensuring safeaccuratedeliveries and excellent customer service.

• Safelyconnecttotruck hoses tocustomeroiltanksto load/unload cooking oil

• Use company-issued iPhone apps for route tracking invoicing and compliance

• Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers to meet their needs

• Monitor tank levels to avoid oil outs and ensure seamless service

• Always uphold DOT OSHA and HACCP safetystandard.

Education Requirements & Competencies:

MinimumRequirements:

• Mustbe at least 21 years old.

• Valid CDL Class A or B with Tanker Endorsement

• Able to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks (climbing ladders bending twisting etc.)

• Strong safety mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma GED highly preferred

• 2 years of CDL-regulated driving experience

• Bilingual

• Comfortable using hand tools andperformingbasic troubleshooting

• Safe Driving Record (Past 36 Months): LimitedMVRmoving violationsorPSP report violations.

• Zero Tolerance (Past 5 Years): No speeding over 100 mph

• Drug & Alcohol Compliance: This position requires the operation of a DOT-regulated vehicle and candidates will be subject to passing a DOT-mandated pre-employment drug test. Please be advised a positive result for any controlled substance will disqualify applicants; including marijuana (THC) even if it is legal under state or local law. Additionally Subject to DOT random drug and alcohol testing after hire.
