CDL B Local Route Driver

Iron Mountain is seeking askilledCDL B Local Route Driver to join ourOperations this role you will be responsible forsafely and efficiently operating a company vehicleon local routes andproviding exceptional security-focused customer service. You will play a key role in ensuring the secure and timely delivery of customer materials upholding Iron Mountains commitment to service excellence.

What Youll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role you will:

• Operate and maintaina company CDL vehicle safely and efficiently throughout your assigned local route ensuring all security procedures are strictly followed.
• Managethe complete logistics of the route including the secure loading transport and delivery/pickup of materials while accurately preparing all required paperwork and records.
• Collaboratewith dispatch and customers to ensure timely order delivery and exhibit strong customer service and verbal communication skills as the face of Iron Mountain.

What Youll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

The ideal candidate will have:

• 1 year of experience in route transportation or a similar field.
• Strong knowledgeof safe driving practices vehicle maintenance and the ability to maintain all security procedures for sensitive customer assets.
• Proven abilityto perform the physical requirements of the job including routinely lifting up to 70 pounds and carrying/moving bins up to 350 pounds over various terrains.
• A valid CDL Drivers Licensewith a good driving record and a minimum age of 21.

Please note that an employees starting salary may vary based on a variety of factors. WhereState Municipal Provincial Territorial or other legal minimum wages exceed the federal minimum wage employees are entitled to the higher rate.
