CDL A Truck Driver Paid Training for Entry Level Drivers

Looking for a driving job with zero games honest tracking of miles and no forced dispatch into New York City We are hiring dependable Class A CDL drivers for stable regional lanes and a solid W2 package.

Where You Will Drive and Home Time

• Route Operations: Majority of lanes are East of I-35.
• NYC Policy: Strictly NO New York City or 5 boroughs.
• Freight: 100% No-touch dry van (70% drop-and-hook / 30% live).
• Schedule: 12 days on the road followed by 2 days home.

What You Will Earn (W2 Gross)

• Mileage Rate: $0.56 to $0.64 CPM based on experience.
• Weekly Gross Average: $1200 to $1500 weekly (Top 30% average $1700 gross).
• Weekly Miles: 1700 to 2300 predictable road miles.
• Orientation: $300 pay with all travel and lodging covered.
• Policy: Pet and passenger rider programs allowed from day one.

Paid Program for CDL School Graduates

• Training Pay: $650 gross direct deposit every Friday.
• Duration: 4 to 6 weeks of one-on-one OTR training with a mentor.
• After Training: Immediate upgrade to $0.56 CPM upon going solo.
• Requirement: Minimum 120-hour certificate from an approved CDL school.

Your Assigned Truck and Equipment

• Equipment: Assigned 2022 or newer Kenworth or Freightliner automatics.
• Comfort: All units are fully equipped with APUs.
• Policy: No slip-seating take-home truck allowed.

What It Takes to Qualify

• Valid Class A CDL license and minimum 21 years of age.
• 6 months of tractor-trailer experience OR recent accredited CDL graduate.
• Clean MVR dependable background and fully DOT compliant.
