DIRECT HIRE:A fantastic opportunity for an experienced CDL A Route Driver to join a dynamic team.
Working Location: Davenport IA.
Pay: $26hr
Shift:First shift but with flexibility 5am or 7am

Responsibilities:
- Have excellent attendance
- Meet established route schedules
- Have good communication and customer service skills
- Follow all company safety rules
- Be able to work well with a diverse workforce
- Be able to follow directions given by their supervisor or manager
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Possess and maintain a positive attitude
- Maintain a safe clean and organized work area in line with company policies
- Deliver the product to our customers in a timely manner
- Be able to work past the schedule as production/delivery issues may arise
- Ability to properly maintain required daily and weekly paperwork
- Perform a daily visual inspection of the equipment
- Perform any other duties as supervisor/manager sees fit
Additional Responsibilities:
- Cross-train on other routes per department needs
- Perform equipment moves to service provider for repairs and service as needed
Skills/Requirements:
- Be able to sit in a vehicle for several hours per day
- Be able to push/pull soil/clean carts weighing up to 800 lbs. (on wheels)
- Must be able to consistently meet physical requirements such as bending twisting lifting and pulling
- Valid Class A drivers license
- Adhere to all DOT state and local regulations
- Must have clean driving record per company policy
- Have six months to one-year experience
- Be available to drive nights and weekends
- Ability to speak and read the English language
- Ability to lift 25 pounds overhead
- Ability to stand walk and climb stairs up to 10 hours per day
- Be able to use repetitive arm motions
