CDL-A Regional Driver

Look you didnt get your CDL just to scrape by. You put in the time you put in the miles and you deal with a lot out there. So lets be real- are you actually getting paid what youre worth

This regional gig is for drivers who dont mind working a little harder and actually want to see that effort show up in their paycheck. Were talking $1500$1700 a week on average and if you really push it $2000 weeks arent out of reach. Top drivers are clearing $75K$100K a year.

And its not just about the miles. You get paid for unloading for stops for backhauls- it adds up fast.

Heres the breakdown:

• $245 per trailer unload
• $70 for backhauls
• $25 per stop
• Up to $0.85 per mile depending on experience
• Plus a $2500 sign-on bonus to get you started

Home time Yeah we actually care about that. Most of our drivers are home 34 times a week usually every other day for a 10-hour reset. Enough to actually see your family sleep in your own bed and not feel like you live in your truck.

The freight is steady - mostly running through Illinois Wisconsin Indiana Michigan Iowa and Kentucky. Youll be in newer Freightliners and Internationals and its 100% touch freight so if you like staying active this is your kind of work.

We dont just throw you the keys and wish you luck either. You get two paid days of ride-along training at $150/day and theres always someone on-site if you need support.

A few things to know up front:

This job keeps you moving. That means nights and weekends are part of the scheduleit just depends on when the freight needs to roll. Youll also need to park your truck at the terminal or distribution center (no home parking) and youve got to be physically able to handle the unloading.

• Valid Class A CDL
• Clean MVR and background
• Solid work ethic and customer service skills
• Flexibility with your schedule
• This is not a SAP-friendly position
