A dedicated CAT overnight shuttle operation in Lafayette IN is hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for local inventory shuttle routes between CAT facilities. Drivers will move CAT engines radiators gensets and oversized industrial freight between lots located approximately 6 miles apart.

Key Responsibilities

• Shuttle CAT inventory between Lafayette facilities
• Haul engines radiators gensets and oversized freight
• Operate double drop trailers safely and efficiently
• Perform live load and unload operations
• Secure freight using chains and binders
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain DOT compliance and safety standards
• Communicate professionally with dispatch and operations teams

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license required
• Minimum 1 year tractor-trailer experience
• Minimum 6 months verified flatbed experience within the last 3 years
• Minimum 6 months securement experience using chains and binders
• Ability to safely handle industrial freight and live load operations
• Comfortable working overnight schedules

Compensation & Benefits

• 1st shift pay: $25/hour
