Estimated Compensation & Earnings:

• Weekly Gross Salary Range: $1400 - $1600 (Based on verified experience and mileage).
• Base Mileage Rate: $0.81 to $0.85 CPM.
• Sign-On Bonus: $4000 total payout ($500 disbursed on first load followed by regular monthly installments).
• Additional Compensation: $12.50/hr detention pay (after 2 hours) extra stop pay and premium Long Island routing rates.
• Performance Incentives: Eligibility for up to 3 CPM mileage bonus program.

Route Logistics & Home Time:

• Home Time Schedule: Dedicated weekly home time for a full 34-hour weekend reset (Saturday and Sunday).
• Weekly Distance: Consistent volume averaging 1700 miles per week (Average length of haul: 400 miles).
• Operating Territory: Primarily Virginia (VA) to Maine (ME) extending west to Eastern Ohio. NYC routing is optional and not required.
• Freight Characteristics: 100% No-Touch Freight utilizing dry van live loads and preloaded trailers.

Equipment Health & Protection:

• Asset Quality: Modern well-maintained 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth models.

Hiring Requirements:

• Minimum 3 months of recent verifiable tractor-trailer experience (40ft trailers).
• Valid Class A CDL minimum age 21.
• Permanent residency required in PA MD NY NJ or DE.
• Clean MVR and PSP reports. No recent DUI history. SAP graduates are not accepted.
