Job Duties
Drivers will perform a variety of local transportation and yard responsibilities including:
- Shuttle trailers between the bakery and nearby distribution center.
- Perform yard hostling duties at both facilities.
- Seal and secure trailers before transport.
- Maintain trailer movement throughout the shift.
- Complete occasional local deliveries when needed.
- Unload bread trays and rolling bread carts using liftgate equipment.
Operating Area
- Approximately 7-mile shuttle route
- Local Phoenix Arizona operation
- Home every day
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 6 Months of Recent CDL-A Tractor-Trailer Experience
- Ability to perform physical work throughout the shift
- Comfortable operating liftgate equipment
- Ability to safely perform trailer backing and yard movements
- Willingness to work weekends and flexible schedules
