Position Highlights

• Earnings: $1700/week average (Top earners make $1900/wk $83000/year cap)
• CPM Scale: $0.63 (311 mos) $0.65 (1236 mos) $0.67 (3760 mos) $0.69 (61 mos)
• Activity & Bonus Pay: $65 per trailer unload $22 per stop $15/hr breakdown & detention (after 2 hrs) $7500 Sign-On Bonus ($1000 at 14 & 60 days; $1250 at 180 days; $1750 at 270 days; $2500 at 365 days)
• Home Time & Schedule: Home Daily with 2 consecutive days off Assigned hourly start times (open shifts: 10 PMMidnight or 2 AM5 AM) Mandatory 6th day during pre-holiday weeks
• Freight & Lanes: Dedicated store deliveries across IN IL & OH miles/wk 100% driver unload into store backrooms using a motorized pallet jack
• Perks: Paid 12 day ride-along onboarding ($100/day) Full benefits after 60 days 24/7 on-site dispatch staff & mechanic support

Requirements & Qualifications

• Licensing & Experience: Active Class A CDL & valid DOT Medical Card Minimum 3 months verifiable tractor-trailer experience in the last 36 months
• Location & Travel: Residence must fall within the Central Indiana hiring area Personal transport required for daily DC commute (slip-seat setup)
• Work Requirements: Physical capability for motorized pallet jack unloads Flexible for night shifts weekends and mandatory holiday periods
• Record: Clean MVR & background check (Not SAP friendly)
