Money

• $1400 to $1800/week average once solo OTR pay package
• $1000/week guaranteed for your first 3 months post-solo
• Performance bonus on top
• $75 plus mileage for short hauls $15 stop pay

Getting Started

• Guaranteed weekly pay while you train
• Ride with a mentor one-on-one during training
• Move to full solo pay the day training wraps
• 120 hours from an accredited CDL school required

Freight & Route

• Mixed lanes and customers steady freight
• Live load live unload preload and drop and hook
• Consistent weekly mileage

Home Time

• Home every two weeks
• Day and night dispatch
• Weekends worked holidays are volunteer only

Requirements

• New CDL-A holders welcome or 6 months verifiable solo experience
• Teams and owner operators welcome
• Valid Class A CDL current DOT medical card 21 or older
• Clean MVR and background check
• Hair and urine drug screen
