Southwest Regional Fleet Dallas-based. Home every week. Heres what you need to know.
Pay:
- $1200 to $1600 average weekly gross
- $0.54 to $0.60 CPM
- Up to 3 CPM performance bonus
- $12.50/hr detention pay after 2 hours
- $100/day layover/breakdown pay
- $3000 sign-on bonus ($1500 at 90 days $1500 at 6 months)
Route:
- Home weekly 34-hour reset
- 100% no-touch freight 50 to 60% drop and hook
- 2200 to 2500 miles/week average 400-mile average length of haul
- 2021 Freightliner Cascadias and Kenworths

Requirements:
- 21 valid Class A CDL from one state license held 12 months
- 3 months T/T experience (40ft) in last 36 months or Extended Road Test eligible
- Max 2 moving violations in 2 years no preventable accidents in 5 years
- Max 3 jobs in last 12 months
- No DUI/DWI in past 10 years
- Pass drug test and DOT physical
