Pay:

• $1200 to $1500 average weekly gross
• CPM based on experience
• Guaranteed minimum pay on short-haul loads under 300 miles
• Up to 3 CPM Drive to Thrive performance bonus
• $12.50/hr detention pay after 2 hours
• $100/day layover/breakdown pay
• $3000 sign-on bonus ($1500 at 90 days $1500 at 6 months)

Route:

• Home weekly 34-hour reset
• 100% no-touch freight 50 to 60% drop and hook
• 1800 miles/week average
• 2021 Freightliner Cascadia and Kenworth tractors

Requirements:

• 21 valid Class A CDL from one state license held 12 months
• 3 months T/T experience (40ft) in last 36 months or Extended Road Test eligible
• Max 2 moving violations in 2 years no preventable accidents in 5 years
• Max 3 jobs in last 12 months
• No DUI/DWI in past 10 years
• Pass drug test and DOT physical

Trainer Program: 1 year OTR experience 30 days at the company guaranteed $250/week plus mileage bonuses $20000/year potential.
