Run the miles you deserve. We are a high-performance OTR fleet looking for professional drivers who want to clear 3200 miles a week without being micro-managed or held back by slow equipment. 100% No-touch freight. You choose your trailer you choose your pay.

THE PAY SCALE (1099 Position)

• REEFER: $0.81-$0.86 CPM $2700 Avg. Weekly Take Home
• DRY VAN: $0.76-$0.81 CPM $2400 Avg. Weekly Take Home
• ALL MILES PAID: Empty or Loaded. No unpaid deadhead.
• Settlements: Direct Deposit every Fridayno delays.
• Extras: $150 Layover $25/hr Detention (after 2 hrs).

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

We have a fast-track orientationqualified drivers can be dispatched within 4 hours of arrival.

• Experience: 1.5 years of verifiable OTR experience (License must show 2 years).
• Testing: Standard DOT Urine Screen ONLY (No Hair Follicle testing).
• Stability: Max 8 jobs in the last 3 years.
• Safety: Max 2 violations (3 yrs); No reckless or 15 MPH speeding.
• Hiring Area: Nationwide EXCEPT CA MS LA and AL.
• Disqualifiers: No DUI/DWI or SAP history (Lifetime).
