CDL-A Dedicated Retail Driver – Hand Unload

We are hiring Class A CDL drivers for a high-paying dedicated retail account operating out of Warrensburg MO. This position is ideal for drivers who prefer active work with guaranteed weekly home time.

• Earnings: $1610 average weekly gross ($83000/year; top 10% bring home $2100/week or $109000/year).
• Pay Breakdown: $0.70 to $0.76 CPM (experience-based) $320 load pay (avg 23 loads/week) up to 3% mileage safety/on-time bonus.
• Workload & Miles: Averaging 1600 miles weekly ( round-trip range); 23 loads per week with 45 delivery stops per load.
• Unload Type: 100% hand-offload using roller ramps (no pallets or lumpers).
• Schedule & Equipment: Home weekly with a guaranteed 34-hour reset (typically including Saturday or Sunday). Take-your-truck-home privileges allowed.
• Bonus Potential: Eligible for up to $2000 retention bonuses per qualification period.
