Job Summary

Dedicated Regional Night Driver Home Every Other Day

Looking to get away from long-haul OTR runs that keep you out for weeks Weve got open seats on a dedicated reefer grocery fleet running out of Central Florida.

This run gets you home every other day keeps your miles consistent and gives you a steady routine delivering to familiar store locations.

Pay & Perks

  • Weekly Pay: Most drivers average $1200 to $1300 gross per week.
  • How Pay Works: You get a flat rate per load $10 per stop $0.11 per mile.
  • Bonuses: Eligible for our driver performance bonus program.

Route Schedule & Home Time

  • Home Time: Home every other day for your 10-hour rest break plus a full 34-hour restart at home every week (with potential for 2 consecutive days off midweek).
  • Weekly Miles: Expect a steady 1600 to 2400 miles per week.
  • The Route: Delivering grocery loads to Sams Clubs Supercenters and neighborhood markets across Central Florida extending into Georgia and South Carolina.
  • The Shift: Dedicated Night Shift. Start times are in the late afternoon (3 PM to 8 PM) with most driving happening overnight (9 PM to 9 AM).
  • Freight Handling: 100% No-Touch Freight. You just pull up for live unloads at store docks- you dont touch the cargo.
  • Equipment: Slip-seat setup in shared daycabs.
  • Weekends & Holidays: Weekend work is standard and holiday driving is mandatory to keep stores stocked.

Qualifications

  • Hiring Area: Must live within 35 miles of Zip Code 32926 (Cocoa FL area).
  • Experience Tiers:

    • Trainees: Totally welcome! Fresh Class A CDL holders can apply.
    • Experienced: 1 year of tractor-trailer experience is preferred.
    • (Solo drivers onlyno teams or owner-operators).
  • Credentials: Valid CDL-A and up-to-date DOT Medical Card. No special endorsements needed.
  • Screening: Clean driving record and pass a standard pre-employment drug screen.
