• Training pay: $850 a week
• $1200 average per week
• $0.60 per mile
• About 1900 miles weekly
• $20 per stop $100 flat on short hauls

Your first six weeks step by step

It starts with a phone call. Our recruiter checks your license and driving record with you up front so you know where you stand.

Orientation takes 2 days at most. We cover the hotel and pay you back for a one-way bus ticket. Once you are hired orientation pays $300.

Then 4 to 6 weeks on the road with a trainer. They sit beside you while you learn to back up plan a trip run your logs and fuel. You earn $850 a week the whole time.

Then the truck is yours. An assigned truck about 1.5 years old on average automatic or 10-speed.

On the road

Plenty of lanes on this account all no-touch.

Weekends are worked. You will be home for Christmas.

You will need

You must be 21 or older with a Class A CDL. New drivers need at least 120 hours from a CDL school; otherwise 6 months of recent experience. We accept up to 2 moving violations in the last 2 years and no DUI/DWI in the last 10. You will also pass a DOT physical and a hair and urine drug test.

• Do I have to pay for orientation No. The hotel is covered your bus ticket is reimbursed and you are paid $300 once hired.
• What if I have a problem on the road You are not on your own. Trips are planned for you and your driver leader picks up the phone.
• My school was short. Does it count If you have at least 120 hours from a CDL school you qualify.
• How often will I see home You are home every two weeks and home for Christmas.
